The Ragdoll Breed
The Ragdoll cat breed originated in Riverside, California, beginning in 1963 when Anne Baker took notice of kittens produced by a neighbor's cat named Josephine. The kittens were docile, loving toward people, and "flopped" when picked up and held. She continued to breed the line for cats with these wonderful traits.
Today, Ragdolls are known for their large blue eyes, plush rabbit-like fur, and famously floppy, social personality. They are calm, family-friendly cats that make wonderful companions — often described as the "puppy-cats" of the kitten world.
Health Commitment
Our health guarantee reflects our commitment to breeding healthy, well-tested Ragdoll kittens. We spare no expense on cat and kitten health. Every breeding adult has been DNA tested negative for HCM and screened negative for FIV, FeLV, and feline heartworm disease via SNAP feline triple combo test.
